Family-owned. GAF Master Elite. Real people who answer the phone. Here’s who you’ll actually work with when you choose Lionheart Roofing.
FOUNDER
Cory Schools
Owner & Founder
Cory founded Lionheart Roofing in 2023 to bring Florida homeowners a better roofing experience — one built on honesty, quality craftsmanship, and treating every home like his own. As a GAF Master Elite Contractor, he holds the license, goes out on inspections himself, and signs off on every roof.

The Team You’ll Actually Work With
From your first phone call to your final walkthrough, every step is handled by a small, tight-knit crew who take pride in doing it right.

Manny Robles
Roof Consultant
Manny brings the same customer-first approach to every consultation. Whether it’s a full replacement or a targeted repair, he helps homeowners understand their options in plain English and finds the right solution for their home.
Richard Allard
Project Manager
Richard brings years in the trade to every roof he looks at. He’ll be the one at your first appointment — up on the roof, showing you what he actually finds, and putting your estimate together with you. From there he stays your point of contact until the job is finished. There isn’t much in roofing he hasn’t already seen up close.
Jennifer Holbrook
Production Manager
Jennifer runs production day-to-day — coordinating crews, scheduling installs, and enforcing the quality standards that come with our GAF Master Elite designation. When the crew rolls onto your street, she’s the reason it happens like clockwork.
Jessica Schools
Marketing & Operations
Jessica keeps Lionheart running behind the scenes — from social media and marketing to the day-to-day office operations that hold everything together. If you’ve seen us on Instagram or Facebook, that’s Jessica’s work.
Samantha McCeldry
Office Support
Samantha helps keep our office running and our customers taken care of. She’s often the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you first reach out to Lionheart.
